Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or piece, provided that you have ordered a good which is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can declare the withdrawal in particular

• by e-mail,
• by post or
• using the withdrawal button provided in our online shop

provided that the withdrawal button is available for your order.

You can also use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the following address without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

International orders

We ship to various countries within and outside the European Union.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are not charged by us and are to be paid by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country, should they apply.

In the event of a return, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees already incurred will generally not be refunded by us, insofar as this is legally permissible.

 

Note on personalized diamond paintings

There is no right of withdrawal for personalized diamond paintings that are manufactured according to your individual image template or your personal requirements, provided the legal requirements for items made to customer specification are met.

If I see in advance that your template is not suitable for a convincing result, I will tell you openly. I would rather sell you nothing than something that disappoints you.
