3. Conclusion of Contract
• The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog.
• By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding offer. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by e‑mail immediately after submission.
• The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of an acceptance declaration or by delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
• For deliveries from a non‑EU country, import duties, customs fees or import VAT may apply, which must be paid by the customer to the responsible carrier/customs upon delivery.
5. Delivery and Delivery Times
• Deliveries are made directly from the manufacturer, cooperation partner or from our own stock, depending on the product type.
• Shipping is carried out directly from the supplier to the customer.
• Production only begins after receipt of the order. Production and delivery times depend on the respective print service provider.
• Delivery times are indicated in the shop or in the product description.
• Delays caused by the respective shipping service provider or by customs clearance are beyond our control.
6. Payment
• Accepted payment methods are listed in the online shop (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).
• The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
• Consumers generally have a 14‑day right of withdrawal.
• Exceptions: Individually manufactured products (e.g., print‑on‑demand articles with personalized designs) are excluded from withdrawal if they are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
• A complete cancellation policy including a sample form is separately stored and available.
9. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. In all other respects, we are only liable for culpable breach of essential contractual obligations, but limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
11. Copyrights
All designs, texts and images displayed in the shop are protected by copyright. Any use without express consent is not permitted.
12. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
