3. Conclusion of Contract

• The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

• By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding offer. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after submission.

• The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of an acceptance declaration or by delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

• For deliveries from non-EU countries, import duties, customs fees, or import VAT may apply, which must be paid by the customer to the responsible carrier/customs upon delivery.

5. Delivery and Delivery Times

• Deliveries are made directly from the manufacturer, cooperation partner, or from our own stock, depending on the product type.

• Shipping is carried out directly from the supplier to the customer.

• Production only starts after receipt of order. Production and delivery times depend on the respective printing service provider.

• Delivery times are stated in the shop or in the product description.

• Delays caused by the respective shipping service provider or customs clearance are beyond our control.

6. Payment

• Accepted payment methods are listed in the online shop (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).

• The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

• Exceptions: Individually manufactured products (e.g., print-on-demand items with personalized designs) are excluded from the right of withdrawal if they are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

• The complete cancellation policy including a sample form is stored separately and can be accessed.

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, limb, or health. In all other cases, we are only liable for culpable breach of essential contractual obligations, but limited in amount to the typical, foreseeable damage.

11. Copyrights

All designs, texts, and images displayed in the shop are protected by copyright. Any use without express consent is not permitted.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
