Shipping & Delivery Times
One-time shipping fee per order. Accessories are lightweight and fall into a lower tier; when combined with a kit, the kit's shipping fee automatically applies (excluding puzzles). Our shipping costs are tiered fairly by weight and product type.
Please note: All stated times are estimates. Production and shipping begin after your order is received; Diamond Paintings are ordered together every Saturday.
• Diamond Painting: up to 9 weeks
• Paint by Numbers (Artist Motifs): up to 3 weeks, coming soon,
• Wooden Puzzles (Premium): approx. 2-5 business days,
• Jigsaw Puzzles: approx. 7-14 business days
• Accessories (for stock items): approx. 2-5 business days
• Cover Minders: up to 3 weeks
Note for International Shipments
Since 03.07.2026, for orders to countries outside the European Union, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are calculated and paid during the checkout process.
Therefore, you will incur no additional customs, tax, or import fees upon delivery.
Important Note:
- All products are individually produced only after an order is placed, so you receive a fresh, high-quality kit.
- Only a few selected items (e.g., accessories or promotional goods) are already in stock and can be shipped faster.
- During promotions or pre-orders, longer delivery times may occur.
Personalizations — Process & Prices
We offer various options to personalize your order.
Process:
1. Select the appropriate product from the "Your Custom Product" category, click the "Inquire" button and fill in all information/image, or
- Send an email to info@artifeystudio.com and attach your own photo or describe your desired image.
2. We will create a preview or artist's image suggestions and send them for selection and approval. If your image is not suitable for pixelation or the result will be poor, we will also inform you.
3. After your confirmation and order, production begins.
Surcharges:
• Standard Personalization: +10 €
• Customer Request / Individual Composition (first image): +30 €
• Each additional image in the same order: +20 €
Notes:
• Personalized products and customer-requested motifs are excluded from cancellation (except in case of production defects).
• Preview/motif creation takes approx. 3–5 business days.

Can every motif be used for every product?
• Diamond Painting motifs can often also be implemented for puzzles, cross-stitch, or cover minders.
• Not every motif is suitable for Diamond Painting. Some motifs may unfortunately not be pixelable.
• We check your motif upon upload and provide honest feedback.

Complaints & Missing Parts
Should anything be missing or damaged in your order:
1. Missing stones / drills:
• Send us photos + order number to info@artifeystudio.com within 7 days of receipt.
• We will send a replacement or re-delivery.
2. Damaged goods (canvas, puzzle, cover minder etc.):
• Please also report with photos + order number.
• We will arrange for replacement delivery or refund.
3. Wrong delivery / incomplete:
• Please contact us immediately with proof.
Processing: usually within 7–14 business days.

Safety & Usage
• Diamond Painting, Puzzles & Cross-stitch contain small parts: Not suitable for children under 3 years (choking hazard).
• Supervision recommended for children & teenagers.
• Accessories (wax, pens, tweezers): do not put in mouth, do not leave unattended.
• Cover Minders: contain magnets – please keep away from toddlers, pacemakers, and sensitive devices.
• Workplace: Clean, dry, and well-lit. Avoid direct sunlight.

• Diamond Painting: Finished pictures can be framed or sealed.
• Puzzles: Remove dust with a soft cloth, do not clean wet.
• Cross-stitch / Paint by Numbers: Protect from moisture, fix/frame after completion.
• Cover Minders: Clean with a soft cloth, do not drop.

Returns & Cancellations
• Standard products (not personalized): Returns possible according to legal regulations (observe cancellation period).
• Personalized products: Excluded from cancellation, except in case of production defects or transport damage.
