Shipping & Delivery Times

You pay shipping only once per order. Due to their lower weight, accessories fall into a more affordable shipping category. When accessories are ordered together with a Diamond Painting kit, the shipping rate for the kit applies automatically. Puzzles are excluded from this rule. Our shipping rates are fairly structured according to weight and product type.

Please note: All stated delivery times are estimates. Production and shipping begin after we receive your order. Diamond Painting orders are collected and submitted to production every Saturday.

  • Diamond Painting kits: up to 9 weeks

  • Premium Wooden Puzzles: approximately 2–5 business days

  • Jigsaw Puzzles: approximately 7–14 business days

  • In-stock accessories: approximately 2–5 business days

  • Cover Minders: up to 3 weeks

 

Information for international orders

Since July 20, 2026, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes for deliveries to countries outside the European Union have been calculated and paid during checkout.

This means that you will not incur any additional customs, tax, or import charges upon delivery.

 

Important Information

  • Most products are made individually after an order is placed, ensuring that you receive a newly produced, high-quality item.

  • Only selected products, such as certain accessories or promotional items, are kept in stock and can be shipped sooner.

  • Delivery times may be longer during promotions or for pre-orders.

Personalization — Process & Prices

We offer several ways to personalize your order.

Process

  1. Select the appropriate product from the Custom Products category, click the Inquire button, provide the requested information, and upload your image.

    Alternatively, you can email your photo or a description of your desired design to info@artifeystudio.com.

  2. We will create a preview or provide suitable design suggestions and send them to you for review and approval. If your image is not suitable for conversion into a Diamond Painting or would not produce a good result, we will let you know honestly.

  3. Once you have approved the design and placed your order, production will begin.

Additional Charges

  • Standard personalization: +€10

  • Custom request or individual composition—first design: +€30

  • Each additional design within the same order: +€20

Please Note

  • The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or custom designs. Your rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

  • Creating a preview or custom design usually takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Can any design be used for any product?

  • Diamond Painting designs can often also be used for puzzles or Cover Minders.

  • Not every design is suitable for Diamond Painting. Some images may not be suitable for conversion into a pixel chart.

  • We will review your design after submission and provide honest feedback.

Complaints & Missing Parts

If anything is missing or damaged in your order, please follow the instructions below.

1. Missing drills or parts

  • Email photos and your order number to info@artifeystudio.com within seven days of receiving your order.

  • We will send the missing items or arrange another appropriate solution.

2. Damaged items

This includes damaged canvases, puzzles, Cover Minders, or other products.

  • Email photos of the damage and your order number to info@artifeystudio.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

3. Incorrect or incomplete delivery

  • Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Requests are usually processed within 7–14 business days.

Safety & Use

  • Diamond Painting kits and puzzles contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

  • Minors should use these products only under adult supervision.

  • Do not put accessories such as wax, pens, or tweezers in your mouth, and do not leave them unattended around children or pets.

  • Cover Minders contain magnets. Keep them away from small children, pacemakers, and magnet-sensitive devices.

  • Always work in a clean, dry, and well-lit area. Avoid direct sunlight.

Care & Storage

  • Diamond Paintings: Finished artwork can be framed or sealed.

  • Puzzles: Remove dust with a soft cloth. Do not clean with water.

  • Cover Minders: Clean with a soft cloth and protect them from being dropped.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • Standard, non-personalized products: Returns are possible in accordance with statutory requirements and within the applicable withdrawal period.

  • Personalized products and custom designs: The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Your rights in the event of production defects or transport damage remain unaffected.
