Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or
• in the case of an order for multiple goods that are delivered separately: from the day on which you took possession of the last good.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you (including delivery costs if the product has not yet been shipped),with the exception of shipping costs (outbound shipping) and additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us (for items already shipped), without undue delay and at the latest within seven days:
- from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal was received by us (for unshipped items),
- after receipt of goods
to be repaid.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to a return address named by us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
• Delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., products with individual designs or texts).
• Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
